How RRJ grew from a conversation into a national initiative.
The Idea
RRJ was conceived by Rwandan professionals and development partners who saw a growing mismatch between global remote work demand and untapped Rwandan talent.
Pilot Launch
We launched the pilot with 500 pre-screened professionals and 50 partner employers. Over 200 placements were made in the first 6 months.
National Scale
RRJ expanded to all 5 provinces, partnered with technical and vocational training centers, and onboarded 10,000+ registered talent.
Global Reach
Today RRJ connects 25,000+ Rwandan professionals with 300+ verified employers across 25+ countries — and growing.
