Yes. Talent accounts on RRJ are free — including profile creation, skills assessment, access to verified job boards, and all basic certification tracks. Premium and advanced certifications may have subsidized or partner-funded fees.
Every employer is manually reviewed by RRJ. We confirm company registration, website, contacts, and — for paid tiers — perform reference checks before allowing any job to be visible to talent.
Yes! Our Kigali office is open Monday to Saturday during business hours. Please book a meeting in advance by emailing hello@rrji.rw so we can ensure the right team member is available.
